Meet Shar

Shar Veda is an Ayurveda Lifestyle Counselor, Yoga Therapist, intuitive healer, and writer. She lives in the beautiful Rogue Valley of Southern Oregon. Shar is an active member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists and works with at risk youth. She has studied with leading teachers in Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy, Rejuvenation, and herbalism. However, it was her adopted grandmother, Doe (English-American and Blackfoot Native), who instilled within her a profound appreciation for the supreme power of loving touch, healing arts, and world family.

Born on Mother's Day on the New Moon with the gifts of healing touch and loving heart, (insert centaur playing the lute here- yes we're allowed to have FUN!)  - Shar is a servant of the Divine Mother; she enjoys working and training with the elements, ceremony, bodywork, spa, sound healing, creative movement of all kinds, therapeutic yoga, weight lifting, cycling, cooking, and travel.  

Acne, inflammation, asthma, anxiety, fatigue, depression, grief, PTSD, vertigo, backache, headache, sugar addiction, painful or irregular menstruation, and premature aging are some of the issues Shar has helped clients understand and overcome through counsel and bodywork.
